Deliveries and returns

Deliveries

We use courier post to deliver standard orders which generally take 2-5 days to arrive. If you've chosen 'Internet Banking' as your payment choice, please note that this will add an extra day to delivery due to processing times.

We regret that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We can ship outside of New Zealand by prior arrangement. Please contact us with details of your desired order and your location details and we'll let you know the international shipping cost and time frame.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days so long as items are in "as new" condition.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we'll provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
